ARPenviro, s.r.o.,registered office: Padáň 3176, Padáň, 929 01, Slovakia, Company ID No.: 46 560 181, as the controller (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller") guarantees the security and protection of the entrusted personal data in full compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR") and with Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data and on Amendments to Certain Acts, as amended.

    arpenviro.com uses an encrypted SSL connection for any user connection and transmission of any data, which prevents third parties from accessing the transmitted data during its transmission on the Internet and modifying such data by third parties. The Operator's databases containing personal data are protected by encryption and non-public access data in accordance with the latest technical standards.
  1. Contact information
    When visiting and further using the arpenviro.com website, the User may contact the Operator and provide him with his personal data for the purpose of contacting him back.
  • The provision of personal data is voluntary. In such a case, the legal basis for the processing of data provided by the user is the legitimate interest of the controller to contact the user and provide any answers or advice.
    The personal data that the User may provide to the Controller:
  • Name and surname [required]
  • Email address [required]
  • Phone number [required]
  • company (workplace/employer) of the user.

Purpose: The purpose of processing the user's personal data is to contact the user back.
Duration of processing: Personal data will be processed only for the necessary period of time during communication with the user.
Correctness: By voluntarily providing personal data, the user declares that the data provided is correct, true and up-to-date.

4. Information on the rights of the data subject
The User's rights in relation to the protection of personal data are governed in particular by the provisions of Articles 12 to 22 of the GDPR, as amended

In particular, as a user, you have the right to request the following on the basis of a written or e-mail request addressed to the Operator

  1. confirmation of whether or not personal data about you are processed, access to your personal data and information about them, as well as correction of such data,
  2. restriction of the processing of your personal data, in particular if they are incorrect,
  3. deletion of your personal data, in particular if the purpose of their processing has ceased to exist or you have withdrawn your consent to processing,
  4. transfer of your personal data to another controller in a structured and machine- readable form.

You also have the right by written notice or e-mail (to info@arpenviro.com):

  1. withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time, with effect from the date of delivery of the notification, if the processing of personal data is carried out on the basis of consent, while the lawfulness of the processing prior to the delivery of the notification of withdrawal of consent will be maintained,
  2. if the processing of personal data is not carried out on the basis of your consent, object to the processing for reasons related to your personal situation or if you suspect that the data is being processed unlawfully.

You also have the right to submit a complaint or initiative to the Office for Personal Data Protection, as the supervisory authority for the Slovak Republic, to investigate the processing of your personal data.

The rights of the user and/or member may be restricted if such restriction results from a special regulation, their application would violate the protection of the user or the rights and freedoms of other data subjects would be violated.
